This 4 week gentle yoga course will help to relieve your joint and arthritis pain and stiffness.




This course is appropriate for people of all shapes and sizes as well as beginners - no yoga experience necessary!


No matter how old, inflexible or “unfit” you think you are this course will help you.


Being able to get up and down off the floor is not required.


Some postures can be done in a chair.


Even if you don't have arthritis now, this course will help to prevent you from getting it.




What's included


4 yoga videos (approximately 20 - 25 minutes each), one video available each week for 4 weeks


Each video demonstrates simple and easy yoga poses and sequences for you to follow along with that will help to relieve your joint pain and stiffness


Weekly videos will build on each other and include a short yoga sequence for you to practice each week


Each week's video focuses on a different part of the body and joint pain hot spot (hands, spine, knees, hips)

I am a certified yoga instructor and I teach a gentle style of yoga.


I am passionate about helping people live pain free! I know that gentle yoga can help people manage their joint pain.


​​My yoga philosophy is that it's your body, your yoga, meaning that yoga is a highly individualized practice! ​​


I have completed numerous specialized trainings including Therapeutic Yoga for Arthritis, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, Prenatal Yoga and Pilates Mat Level 1.
